Having been based in the BIC for many years Timelimit were very pleased to be asked to refurbish the atrium, café area, reception, Doxford Suite and create the new business lounge.
Once again working with RU_Creative and after discussions with the BIC we came up with a design that created end results that we were all very proud of.
The café and general areas had to keep working whilst the refurbishment was carried out which whilst proving a challenge was not something TLI weren’t used to, so we ensured everything still ran smoothly.
Some walls had to be taken out and structurally needed strengthening then the strip out was carried out and the refurbishment done in phases.
New flooring, signage, Planters, seating area with central tree feature, Meeting booths, soft seating, office furniture were installed to the Atrium, Café Area and Business Lounge.
In the reception we installed a new desk, flooring and timber screen and in the Doxford Suite new flooring, meeting table and TV wall were installed.
