Gilbert Meher

The Brief

Gilbert Meher are a recruitment company based in Leeds and due to their continuing success, they acquired 5000 sq. ft. of office space on the 4th floor at 1 East Parade.

TLI having bid for the project were successful and tasked with creating a workspace that would reflect Gilbert Mehers image and make it an attractive and enjoyable place to work.

What We Achieved

After consulting with the directors, we came up with a design that created meeting rooms, a reception area, open plan workspace with feature audio visual walls and breakout area.

We created a raised-up area where the breakout area was installed with meeting pods, pool table, games machine and casual seating.

Meeting rooms were created with feature walls and Crittall style glazing.

The services were exposed with the concrete soffit and this gave the area an industrial feel which we enhanced with steel dividers in the open plan and breakout areas.

We also supplied all the office furniture and wall graphics.

The end result was exactly what the client envisaged and they engaged us to carry out the dilapidation works at their old offices.
