The Brief
Following on from having been involved with the fit out of their original office on Colton Mill, Time Limit were happy to undertake the fit out when Emsley’s expanded their business by taking another 5000 square feet on the same park.
The brief was to design and fit out an office space that would work for Emsley’s business and working with the senior partners we were able to come up with a solution for the space.
Also we were given the task of moving staff, furniture and paperwork from 2no existing offices in Garforth which we undertook in partnership with out furniture installers/move specialists UBI Ltd.

What We Achieved
On the Ground Floor we created a reception and client meeting area whilst on the First Floor we created singular partners offices and meeting rooms.
Komfort’s Polar Single glazed system with its minimal frame and clear joints was used as the solution to create some of the office fronts and a meeting room to the client meeting area.
The system was applied with opal frost manifestation to comply with building regulations and provide privacy to clients using the space but also allowing the natural light to filter through.
We used our solid timber door frames to integrate with the Polar System to create a clean and sustainable look.
Vinyl lettering mission statements were applied to the internal walls of the offices.
To the general meeting rooms and offices the Komfire 75 system was used to incorporate both solid and some glazed walls as this system can integrate seamlessly together. Glazing modules incorporated integral blinds and manifestation.
We also undertook all the electrical, Mechanical and decorating work required on the project including creating an outdoor compound for the condenser units. New furniture was supplied as well as moving and installing existing.
