Following a successful tender we were appointed by Jones Hargreaves to carry out the refurbishment of the reception area and 1st and 3rd floor office suites.
The reception area refurbishment involved stripping out the existing flooring and then fitting it out with new flooring, meeting booths, reception desk and feature shelving and planters.
New balustrading was fitted to the 1st floor landings.
The office suites were stripped out and refurbished to Cat A standard ready to let with furniture installed on the First Floor.
The building was fully occupied and access was required at all times, so we had to manage traffic in and out all the time.
The finished project was a finalist at Mixology 2023 which was a fine achievement for all involved.
